Delivery Times and Delivery Information

Our frequently asked questions regarding delivery times and other delivery information can be found below.

Q. Which delivery options are available to me and how much do they cost?

We can provide next day delivery on orders placed before 12 noon ( Monday to Friday ) at a cost of £3.95, and we can provide next day delivery between 07:00 - 09:00 at a cost of £5.95.

Q. When will I receive my medication?

You will need to have placed your order before 12 noon ( Monday to Friday ) to be sure of next day delivery. Orders placed during evenings, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Q. Is my order sent discreetly?

Yes your order will be sent in plain packaging with no indication of its contents.

Q. Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes a signature is required.

Q. What happens if I am not at home to take delivery of my order?

You will be left a card that will have more information on re-delivery of your order.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to my place of work or an alternative address?

Yes. You will be given this option when you place your order.

Q. Can I track my order delivery online?

Yes. You will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the delivery company’s website where you can track its progress.

Q. Do you make any contact with my home address?

Apart from sending your medication to your home address ( if required ) we do not make any contact with your home address. We may have to contact you if we have a query regarding your order, but this will be done generally via e-mail, so please use an e-mail address that is private to you. Very occasionally we may have to contact you by the phone number you provide when you register, but this is quite rare, and we are very discreet.
